ability of these to spread, Cancer may affect people at all ages,
but risk tends to increase with age. It is one of the principal
causes of death

developed countries.
There are many variants of cancer including carcinoma, lymphoma,
sarcoma, mesothelioma, glioma, germinoma, and choriocarcinoma.
- Some cancers are
inherited from relatives. Breast cancer being one.

- Most cancers can be treated and some cured,
depending on the specific type, location, and
stage. Once
diagnosed, cancer is usually treated with a combination of
surgery,
chemotherapy and
radiotherapy.
Mutations that cause cancer can be triggered by
radiation, chemicals or physical agents which are called
carcinogens,
or by certain viruses that can insert their DNA into the human genome.
As for other cancer variants you can prevent them by eating
well, exercising, avoiding alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs, abstaining from
sex, and having a healthy mind.
